I have a passion for business, from the basics of how business operates to the ability to find and add value to the world.  I love learning about processes and systems. I believe that having good systems is integral to having a successful business and these systems can always be improved.  I love learning to forecast and create strategies.

I want to learn, to create, to continually move forward, to collaborate, to inspire, to cultivate talent and to nurture passion. I want to create a better world through business. I believe that corporations do not always have to be the enemies that we must protect ourselves from, but rather, it is through these businesses that a force is created to better society and the environment. It's all about how one leverages business and power to influence positivity.  We need more ethical business practices and more genuine corporate social responsibility.  These practices aren't just helping some benevolent cause, they can be the driver in an organization's long-term success.  I want to work in a company that finds guidance rooted in a purpose, seeks intentionality through its mission statement and has a mindset for sustainable growth, an emphasis on relationships building, and a dedication to quality outcomes.
